Today, weather was so beautiful but so hot about 95*, we went to Cite Soleli that is a town with poorest of the poor in Haiti similar to homeless in America but worse. At first we went to water fill station waiting for our water truck to be filled with clean water then follow them to the Site. The clean water is clean to them but not for us. We only drink from Culligan or water bottle.
We went to 3 different sites with each time we filled water in the water truck.. The kids were all over us with lots of attention and love. Its so inspired to see their will to smile and laugh. Its so amazing with how they all live in this place and still have a joy in their life. I mean some has no or little clothes, some has wounded that doesnt get cared because they couldnt afford to get help. Mostly wound from earthquake.
Lots of kids love to play and chased like "tag you are it" they were so much fun. Some of us have never been here before and were bit scared or nervous what to expect what the culture in there looks like. But once they get going and they just got along but was still "cant image this life"
Its almost like speechless once you see this and there is just no word to describe this.
