The Fundraising for Healing Haiti Elder Care at Rockpoint Church last Saturday was so much fun and seeing some of my August team. We sat down and talked for nearly 2 hours. Exciting to see some of them decide to sign up to go to Haiti again this year.
 Look forward to hear their story when its their turn to go.

I will never forget this elder woman who is 107 years old and she has so much full of life with joy. My jaw just drop after seeing her and her little shack home and she's so full of happy and acting like 50's. Its really sad how elders live with little food and clean water. They do not receiving any benefit from government like American do. They survived on anything they can get from Healing Haiti Org.

So the fundraising last Saturday was to help support them in so many ways such as giving them free clean water, foods, and building a new building for them to live in would have much better that will have shower, real beds. Healing Haiti Org. are starting to building new site at Grace Village.

Look forward to have them move into new shelters soon..
